Context: Design of an end-to-end service experience for a private-market transaction platform, enabling startups and investors to complete equity fundraising within regulatory frameworks.
Role: Led the service design function in a cross-functional team to align product, legal, compliance and engineering around a shared understanding of the end-to-end journey from onboarding through to post-deal reporting. Ran collaboration and alignment workshops to shift the team from feature delivery to outcome-led, holistic service thinking.
Outcome: Delivered a shared service blueprint Beta transaction framework integrating KYC/AML, disclosure, and orderbook workflows, to feed into a delivery roadmap for the product and engineering team.
