Context: Designed the end-to-end service experience for a private-market transaction platform enabling startups and investors to complete equity fundraising within regulatory frameworks.

Role: Led service design across a multi-disciplinary team to map the journey from onboarding to post-deal reporting. Introduced new ways of working, service blueprints, and UCD playbooks to align teams around customer jobs and desired outcomes.

Outcome: Delivered a shared service blueprint and Beta transaction framework integrating KYC/AML, disclosure, and orderbook workflows — providing a clear delivery roadmap for the product and engineering teams.
