Context: Supported a digital transformation programme for schools converting to academies, replacing a complex paper-based process involving multiple stakeholders and legacy systems.
Role: Design lead and co-researcher within a small cross-functional team. Designed the service information architecture, the end-to-end journey and the form experience. Ran user testing sessions with school administrators to iterate solutions.
Outcome: Delivered an evidence-based service flow and prototype as a model for policy-driven services.
