World Economic Forum content tool

New features for their publishing tool

Working in a small team of 3 (me and 2 developers), our task was to expand the Forum's publishing tool, delivering new areas and work flows to meet business needs.

Approach: 3 two week sprints scoped around a business need. A speedy process of interviews, current tool studies, validate prototypes, then build.
